Convenient, some delivery delay

I decided to try Runway Health for my upcoming international trip. I went through the online consultation for Traveler's Diarrhea Treatment and ended up getting Azithromycin. The consultation itself was very straightforward; I answered some questions and then had a quick chat with a doctor. The digital prescription service worked well, and the medication was dispatched fairly quickly. However, the delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long given it's for travel. The packaging for the medication was discreet and practical for travel. It's a good alternative to trying to fit in a clinic visit, but they could improve on the shipping speed. I would likely use them again for the convenience.

The consultation fee isn't refundable if you've already had it, I found that out the hard way. But if you cancel before, it's fine.

Yeah, if you haven't done the consult yet, you can probably cancel for a refund. Once the doctor sees you, it's a done deal though.
